The website's all very nice as a means of advertising the van, but it's not a great way to convey the detail you might want to know about letting, usage, the local area etc. So I wrap up everything you might want to know - before, during and after your stay - in one document, which you can read/download here. We're not big on rules, but there are some things you need to acknowledge.

We like to be as informal about letting as we can be, generally getting to know the people who want to use the van and staying in touch throughout your stay if you need us to be: It works better for everyone, which is why we have a few families who want to come back every year. Letting a van through Haven Holidays is a pretty random, anodyne and impersonal experience - we'd like to think that letting from us is the complete opposite.
