The table on the right shows Haven's rates for vans at Church Farm in 2012 - we typically let at 2/3 of this price, around £700pw at the peak of the holiday season.  Helpfully, the table doesn't show rates for Platinum vans in the brochure, which is the standard ours would meet - although Prestige is a reasonable lower-end guideline; The van is better equipped than the Prestige standard and we're generally more flexible about start/leave times than Haven ever will be - but, equally, we don't provide bedlinen, so it's a good benchmark. Ultimate pricing is dependent on whether you need visitor passes (and how many) - these incur a real cost for us and hence lead to some variation.

Note that the van has three bedrooms - so you need to add another £50-odd to these rates for a 7-night stay to get a full picture of typical Haven prices.
