It all seems a tad over-formal to be laying out Ts&Cs around what's essentially an informal arrangement, but, having given it some thought, we thinks it's probably a good thing to do: Better to avoid arguments and disputes upfront, even though we think them unlikely to happen. The document is made available as a PDF file here, since it's simpler for me to modify it in future if needed and to facilitate printing - it's worth taking this with you. It contains information which is useful on-site, as well as about the basis on which the van is let, what you can expect to find in it, what you may need to bring and what we expect from you.
