This is a 'living' Google Map - I tend to add to it every time we visit somewhere worth knowing about.  It identifies supermarkets, pubs and restaurants along with a number of places that are worth a visit, particularly if you want get the kids out for some fresh air.

And neat though it is to embed it in the site, it works better if you access it directly - which you can do here. There's a little more detail when you go the full Google Maps version and you'll get a better idea of where the van is and what surrounds it.
