1 1/4 and 1 1/2 hours. Multimap's suggested route from our house can be found

This may well be the quickest route, but there are more direct ones, most of which are a much prettier drive. We generally head down to Dorking then take the A24 most of the way, crossing to the A27 near Arundel. The A29 is probably the most direct and attractive route, but it's also the one you most don't want to get stuck behind a tractor on: Not a lot of overtaking opportunities....
